Sent to West Northamptonshire Council less than a minute later. ref: 7469614.

The vegetation is growing into my property #4, with branches hanging over the garage and roots growing and spreading to the garage wall. Because of the trees continuing growing, ground and soil has built up along the garage wall and it's now causing flooding in my garage. This has been going for over 3 years. Please remove or severely trim the trees and the roots.

Investigation: Completed (No Action Necessary) - Thank you for your enquiry. A qualified Highways Inspector has assessed the location and as this section of land is owned by the property owner unfortunately, Kier on behalf of West Northamptonshire Council do not have any authority to cut back the reported vegetation.
