Investigation: Completed (Defect Found), Defect Repair: Not Started - Thank you for your enquiry. A qualified Highways Inspector has assessed the location and we can confirm that in accordance with the WNC Highways Inspection Manual, the defect meets the requirement for a Priority 4 repair. We will schedule a repair to be completed within 26 weeks. Our current average response time for a Priority 4 repair is 47 days.

There was such a bang we had to stop to check nothing was broken. This hole is deep (100mm at least) and Sharpe edged. You can't miss it if lots of traffic. Needs fixing ASAP.
