This is continually getting deeper so many BT and council lorry’s damaging it due to constant work it’s now so bad my cars underneath is hitting my lowered driveway kerb when I pull off my driveway

Investigation: Completed (Defect Found), Defect Repair: Not Started - Thank you for your enquiry. A qualified Highways Inspector has assessed the location and we can confirm that in accordance with the WNC Highways Inspection Manual, the defect meets the requirement for a Priority 4 repair. We will schedule a repair to be completed within 26 weeks. Our current average response time for a Priority 4 repair is 47 days.
