Investigating
Btoken dangerous stile
Reported via mobile in the Stile-Damaged/Missing category anonymously at 05:43, Wednesday 7 May 2025
Sent to West Northamptonshire Council less than a minute later. ref: 7531774.
The bottom bit that you stand on to climb over has rotted at ground level so is no longer attached to the earth. So when it is stood on it wobbles ir tips dramatically. It is very dangerous and has resulted in me falling. It has been getting slowly more wobbly for about a month but completely detached from the ground three days ago. The problem is made more dangerous by the fact that it isn't obvious until you stand on it so people unaware of the issue could easily be caught out and fall. There is the potential to then fall from the bridge used to access the stile and into the deep ditch, resulting in serious injury.

Someone has kindly done a temporary fix, screwing the bit you stand on into the fence rail but it could still do with the supports being renewed so that they are going into the ground
