Uneven path

Sent to West Northamptonshire Council less than a minute later. ref: 7546363.

Uneven path fronting 20 Spinney Drive. Getting gradually worse over many months / years and residents regularly trip as the path rises to the man hole cover. Inspected but this appeared to have been from the van. This will lead to further injuries, particularly to the elderly residents that walk this route.

  • Investigation: Completed (Defect Found), Defect Repair: Not Started - Thank you for your enquiry. A qualified Highways Inspector has assessed the location and we can confirm that in accordance with the WNC Highways Inspection Manual, the defect meets the requirement for a Priority 3 repair. We will schedule a repair to be completed within 28 days. Our current average response time for a Priority 3 repair is 13 days.
