Vegetation overhanging the carriageway

Sent to West Northamptonshire Council less than a minute later. ref: 7546390.
The shrub shown in the photos is overhanging the carriageway. It is restricting visibility and causing a obstruction to passing traffic. (The road is quite narrow at this point)

Investigation: Ongoing (Reported to a third party) - Thank you for your enquiry. A qualified Highways Inspector has assessed the location and we can confirm that the vegetation is the responsibility of the landowner. In accordance with the WNC Network Management Plan, we will contact the landowner and request they cut back their vegetation within 14 days of receipt of our correspondence. We will reinspect the vegetation to ensure they have complied.
