Footpath massively overgrown and unpassable

The footpath past the houses to Grange lane is massively overgrown and unpassable, elderly people with wheelchairs and rollators are struggling to get through as well as parents with prams on school drop offs. Many now resorting to walking in the road as it's so overgrown it is not passable

Investigation: Completed (Defect Found), Defect Repair: Not Started - Thank you for your enquiry. A qualified Highways Inspector has assessed the location and we can confirm that in accordance with the WNC Highways Inspection Manual, the defect meets the requirement for a Priority 4 repair. We will schedule a repair to be completed within 26 weeks. Our current average response time for a Priority 4 repair is 47 days.
