9 windmill glade, brixworth. One again these bushes have been left to over run the public path way, they need cutting right back to make the full path accessible to walkers with young children

  • Investigation: Ongoing - Thank you for your enquiry. A qualified Highways Inspector has assessed the location and we can confirm that the vegetation is the responsibility of the landowner. In accordance with the WNC Network Management Plan, we will contact the landowner and request they cut back their vegetation within 14 days of receipt of our correspondence. We will reinspect the vegetation to ensure they have complied.

  • These trees bushes need trimming right back to the boundary line, this has to be reported at least twice a year, why can’t people just stop blocking the pavement through there sheer laziness!! M.
