Grass Verge Dug Up

Sent to West Northamptonshire Council less than a minute later. ref: 7560315.
The grass verge at 67 Woodside Avenue has recently been dug up and replaced with hardcore. The kerb has not been dropped and vehicles are driving over the pavement and now non-existent verge to park in the front garden. Similar at number 69.
