Road surface disintegrating / pothole

Sent to West Northamptonshire Council less than a minute later. ref: 7583710.
Primarily on the west side of the road (Welton Lane), opposite the junction into the Monksmoor housing estate. The top road surface has disintegrated and is now missing. This whole area road is suffering and needs another repair. As a result of the pothole, motorists are driving on the wrong side of the road at a junction to avoid hitting it.

Investigation: Completed (Defect Found), Defect Repair: Not Started - Thank you for your enquiry. A qualified Highways Inspector has assessed the location and we can confirm that in accordance with the WNC Highways Inspection Manual, the defect meets the requirement for a Priority 4 repair. We will schedule a repair to be completed within 26 weeks. Our current average response time for a Priority 4 repair is 47 days.

No updates in over 3 months.
There are now 2 patches that have gone down to the roads substrate. You have to go onto the wrong side of the road OPPOSITE a junction making these potholes very dangerous to avoid.
