Blocked drain on Puxley Road, just south of the Deanshanger Post Office. The drain is blocked and water is starting to overflow the grating. Requires urgent inspection before it starts to flood onto the road.

Investigation: Completed (Defect Found) - Thank you for your enquiry. A qualified Highways Inspector has assessed the location and we can confirm that in accordance with the WNC Highways Inspection Manual, the defect meets the requirement for a Priority 1 repair. We will schedule a repair to be completed within 24 hours.

Investigation: Completed (Defect Found), Defect Repair: Not Started - Thank you for your enquiry. A qualified Highways Inspector has assessed the location and we can confirm that in accordance with the WNC Highways Inspection Manual, the flooding has been assessed and requires a Priority 4 response. We will schedule drainage investigation work to be completed within 26 weeks. When the investigation has been completed, we will inform you of our findings and course of action. Our current average response time for a Priority 4 is 47 days.
