Canal bridge both sides road surface

Sent to West Northamptonshire Council less than a minute later. ref: 7634589.
THE Pub side has considerable drop in the approach casuing vehicles to bounce dangerously - Road inspector just needs to observe traffic for 5 minutes to see the issue - the Clifton Side the road surface has mulitple pot holes - as the road is closed next week 2nd June for a week great time to fix

A qualified Highways Inspector has assessed the location and we can confirm that in accordance with the WNC Highways Inspection Manual, the defect meets the requirement for a Priority 4 repair. Not touched - pot holes Clifton side opening bigger Anyho side near pub the drop just gets deeper - this road desperately needs to be resurfaced from M40 bridge to Clifton - Oxfordshire did their side with Harry Dunnes money - what did west Northants do with theirs share of funds .. this is the question they don’t answer

No - last update said would be done by 17/10 but still not repaired - damaging vehicles suspensions everyday - it got worse during road closure as 17 tonne cement trucks operating out our aynho wharf were using this for 4 weeks during bridge closure!!

Confused as when originally reported agreed there was defect and would be fixed - anyone with broken suspension spring needs to submit claim as the drop in the road is significant Pub side of the canal bridge

When you check the intervention this certainly does meet the level required to repair - I guess WNC will do something if they get lots of spring and shock absorber claims.

Sadly not actioned - road surface worse than ever need resurfacing as patches out number the original surface - WNC can find funds to buy and fix 30mph signs to slow traffic so the impact of the horrendous state of this road is felt and lower speeds - coach operating out of Aynho wharf have exemption of weight limit - really contributing to the road condition

Not touched now another 5 potholes as with the section of road under the railway viaduct 400 meters away this needs planning and resurfacing. Perhaps a section 56 notice should be issued to cover this section of road as this road is high usage especially when the m40 is closed it need resurfacing on a mile stretch to Clifton mill
