Car park machines not accepting card

There has been an issue with the car park machines in Doddridge Street car park not accepting card for a few months now. Both machines are affected. Despite following the instructions on the machines, the machine will tell you to insert & remove the card several times & often goes to a ‘please wait’ screen where nothing happens. I’ve spoken to other drivers in the car park & they are experiencing the same issue where you have to either pay cash or use the app which adds an additional charge onto the cost of the parking. I always used to be able to pay easily with card at this location but I haven’t been able to use this payment menthod for months now as it won’t ever process. Please can this be looked into.
