Investigation: Completed (Defect Found) - Thank you for your enquiry. A qualified Highways Inspector has assessed the location the site has been made safe and we can confirm that in accordance with the WNC Highways Inspection Manual, the defect meets the requirement for a Priority 3 repair. We will schedule a repair to be completed within 28 days. Our current average response time for a Priority 3 repair is 14 days.

Investigation: Completed (Defect Found) - Thank you for your enquiry. We can confirm that we have been made aware of this issue and a works order has been raised on a routine safety inspection. The expected completion date for these works will be on or before 10/2/26
