Overgrown trees that are a problem for walkers

Hello.
Please see the photos of the trees outside 12 flaxwell court. They have not been tended to for years. The branches are low hanging and it involves the tree outside 12 and the one next to the garages too. It is now a problem as you need to bend down to walk past. It also scrapes the top of vans and also when the wind blows...the branches are going are going against the properties.
