Potholes/Road degradation

Sent to West Northamptonshire Council less than a minute later. ref: 7700989.

The condition of the road near the cattery has deteriorated significantly, and despite my previous reports, no action has been taken. Portions of the road's edge have eroded, resulting in potholes and a narrowed roadway that forces drivers to halt for oncoming traffic. Additionally, the white line marking the road's boundary has vanished in several areas, highlighting the extent of the road's degradation.

  • Investigation: Completed (Defect Found), Defect Repair: Not Started - Thank you for your enquiry. A qualified Highways Inspector has assessed the location and we can confirm that in accordance with the WNC Highways Inspection Manual, the defect meets the requirement for a Priority 4 repair. We will schedule a repair to be completed within 26 weeks. Our current average response time for a Priority 4 repair is 52 days.
