Road railings damaged by lorries from industrial estate. Been damaged for over a year.

Investigation: Completed (Defect Found), Defect Repair: Not Started - Thank you for your enquiry. A qualified Highways Inspector has assessed the location and we can confirm that in accordance with the WNC Highways Inspection Manual, the defect meets the requirement for a Priority 4 repair. We will schedule a repair to be completed within 26 weeks. Our current average response time for a Priority 4 repair is 52 days.

The damaged railing have been replaced but securing bolts are missing joining sections and galvanised finish has not been painted.

Investigation: Completed (Defect Found), Defect Repair: Work Completed - Thank you for your enquiry. The bolts mentioned are new ones and not in sights due to being at a different heights. They are securely fitted and concreted to the ground. Regarding the lack of painting, these are not painted, the colour will change due to being out in all weathers.
