On the strech in to the village from th ebedford road coming from brackmills there are numerus trees over hanging in to the road, this is causing damage to our double decker buses and also posing a huge health and safty risk to students we are transporting. this is on a ncc school contract and as such will be roporting to there compliance team as if the issue is not receterfied imerdiatly we will may be for to stop runnin gthe service on safty grounds. i am happy to talk to somone regarding the issues as i will be reporting many issues, if needs be i would be happy to go out on the run to show the issues we are facing. i look forward to hearing from you as a matter of urgency

Investigation: Ongoing (Reported to a third party) - Thank you for your enquiry. A qualified Highways Inspector has assessed the location and we can confirm that the vegetation is the responsibility of the landowner. In accordance with the WNC Network Management Plan, we will contact the landowner and request they cut back their vegetation within 14 days of receipt of our correspondence. We will reinspect the vegetation to ensure they have complied. We will continue to inspect and ensure that the area is safe for all users
