Rubbish etc. in the pathway between Celeborn Place and Saruman Lane

There is rubbish, etc all over the path way also one of the houses back garden tree is overhanging the pathway as well that needs to be cut back. There is an elderly person who's front door and garden gate are next to this finds it difficult due to all of this being on the pathway, can this please be looked into clearing up and arranging for the tree branches overhanging the path to be tidied up.
