Good afternoon, can you explain why you stated it was a Priority 4 repair to be completed within 52 days and now today July 6 it has changed to status to Completed (Defect found), Defect repair: Rejected, yet the pot hole is simply getting bigger and certainly not been repaired.

Good morning in your last response it was stated that this was duplicated in report 7467654, on that incident dated 24th April it was stated ‘Defect found’ and a repair would be completed within 26 weeks. Our average response time for a priority 4 repair is 55.5 days. It is now over 90 days and along the length of Tews End Lane there are now quite a number of pot holes that require repair. Now that National Grid have fixed ‘The Pole through the drain’ the lane is now the driest it has been in twelve years, I.e. since the the culvert was damaged.
Please can you arrange for your road sweeping vehicle to clean the carriage way of all the loose grit at the A5 junction and sweep its entire length and then schedule the ‘JCB Pothole Pro’ to visit Tews End and put it through its paces.
Many thanks Paul Davey-Turner 07740 942331
