Metal guttering broken and jagged edge in road.

While parallel parking my vehicle this evening, 25th June 2025 at 18:05. The rear offside tyre started to deflate, on closer inspection, a metal guttering that comes across the pavement from the terraced houses and through the kerb, had been uncovered and had jagged edges that were sticking out, which had damaged the side wall of my tyre and caused a puncture. This has cost me £160.00 to replace the tyre and I can see this happening to others should the kerb not be fixed. This happened on Derby Road, across from the Magee Street road entrance.
