Tress very tall

I have three tress surrounding my property on the pathways, hedge areas that have grown very large and one is now over hanging my property, higher than my roof. I am worried about the damage these would cause to my house should the fall and also the damage they are doing to the path ways around my property that have been replaced multiple times. If the largest tree was too tall for whatever reason there are multiple properties it could majorly damage.
