Significant tree over growth

Hi, I've significant tree over growth, from council land, thats not just over my fence but it's now touching and impacting my house. I moved in 7 months ago, the neighbour said it's been a good while since they were trimmed, as they impact her too.

Please would you have someone give them a good chop back. It's not little stuff, it's chunky stuff and height. Thank you very much.

    Hi, This has not been fixed, the problem is now worse. When it's windy, the branches are hitting my roof, and it only gets worse when the wind is stronger. I don't want damage and leaks. Thank you
