Ramp obstruction on footpath

A ramp has been installed on the footpath. They should grind back or replace their entrance stone (which is hardly high) rather than this solution. I've not tripped on it but in the dark it's quite possible. They have previously used wooden 2 by 2 secured onto the footpath too, which is also incorrect.

  • Investigation: Completed (Highways to Monitor, Routine Inspection Programme) - A letter has been sent to the owner/occupiers to remove the rubber ramps from the public highway and to grind back or replace your entrance stone as a solution. A follow up site inspection will be carried out.
