People parking in front of our garage door, which means we cannot get in or out of our garage

Our garage door opens out onto Cedar Road in the place indicated. There is a dropped kerb, but people still routinely park in front of our garage door, meaning we cannot get a car in or out. This is not just other residents parking here - it is people dropping off kids at school, people going to services at the church on Park Avenue North, etc. This issue has been ongoing for years but we need 24hr access to our garage.

Unless there are parking restrictions in place which have a valid Traffic Regulation Order, there is unfortunately very little that we are currently able to do to resolve this matter but in the interim, should someone feel that an obstruction is happening, this can be reported to the Police who can judge whether this is dangerous or causing an unnecessary obstruction of the road, they could look to issue a Fixed Penalty Notice
