The new path alongside Welford Rd has been fenced off since it was built last year. When will the contractors return to fix it?

This has got nothing to do with land ownership. The path was constructed a year ago by Balfour Beatty as part of the NNWRR. Within weeks, the path started to subside, since when it’s been partly fenced off. Balfour Beatty should come back and fix this defect before they bugger off completely.
