It’s been 10 weeks since I reported this defect. Since then, it’s been closed as fixed, then re-opened when I pointed out that it hadn’t been fixed. This isn’t a difficult piece of work to fix. It will take someone with a ladder just 10 minutes to realign the fingers correctly. What’s the delay?

It shouldn’t take 26 weeks to fix this. So I’ve turned the signs myself so that they’re now pointing in the right direction. The reason they were pointing incorrectly is that the brackets holding the signs to the post are broken.
