Blocked drain

Sent to West Northamptonshire Council less than a minute later. ref: 7815815.
After a heavy downpour today there is a blocked drain on Helmdon Road in Wappenham causing flood on the road which is close to entering cellar on adjacent property. After four hours it has not drained away.

Investigation: Completed (Defect Found), Defect Repair: Not Started - Thank you for your enquiry. A qualified Highways Inspector has assessed the location and we can confirm that in accordance with the WNC Highways Inspection Manual, the defect meets the requirement for a Priority 3 repair. We will schedule a repair to be completed within 28 days. Our current average response time for a Priority 3 repair is 14 days.
