Previously reported as a potential hazard over our building in January (ref 6978242) and item closed by you as there was apparently no threat to consider, a substantial part of this tree has now fallen (Sunday 6 July) and is blocking the footpath - fortunately not fallen onto our building/car. Unable to upload photograph to website. Have telephoned emergency line but no response. Please arrange to remove and reduce the rest of the tree as a matter of urgency. Thank you.
