Sent to West Northamptonshire Council less than a minute later. ref: 7815916.
The drain at the welland rise end of the footpath behind the bungalow is blocked and is causing water to flood over onto the footpath and surrounding area it needs cleaning out as a matter of urgency

Investigation: Completed (Defect Found), Defect Repair: Not Started - Thank you for your enquiry. A qualified Highways Inspector has assessed the location and we can confirm that in accordance with the WNC Highways Inspection Manual, the flooding has been assessed and requires a Priority 3 response. We will schedule drainage investigation work to be completed within 28 days. When the investigation has been completed, we will inform you of our findings and course of action. Our current average response time for a Priority 3 is 14 days.

Welland Rise . I am a resident of 42 Welland Rise . Over grown hedge letter box lost in hedge row showing original line . Now exiting onto Welland rise from my private drive the hedge row is causing me concern cyclist, cars travelling down the road , pedestrians walking, often mothers with children . Nearly hit a cyclist last week . Pub near by parking on road. Pub is also up for sale with another house to be built . neighbours opposite have three cars parked on the road .
2nd issue walking on the pathway further up Welland Rise , is now covered with ivy on a wall again on a corner. Huge safety hazards at both points Parish council have informed owners but now many months later nothing acted upon.
