Blocked drains causing flooding

Since National Grid moved the HV pole and repaired the culvert earlier this week you would think this would have helped, sadly not. The drains at the top of the lane by the field steps and opposite were both overflowing and the inspection chamber was full and overflowing. Can a thorough jetting now take place from top to bottom of the lane.
