Missing drain cover - repeat report

Sent to West Northamptonshire Council less than a minute later. ref: 7835185.

On 31.03.25 I reported that a drain at this point was missing its cover. Reference 7365220. On 7.04.25 I received the following update. "Thank you for your recent enquiry, our Highways Inspector has visited the site and was unable to identify any flooding at the time of the visit. An initial drainage investigation has been raised and will be undertaken within 28 days." This is clearly an error as I did not report flooding at this point I reported a missing drain cover. Whatever promised monitoring took place it failed to spot the missing drain cover and as of today it is still missing.
