Visibility both ways when exiting from Upper High Street, Harpole at the T-junction on to the Roman Road.

Sent to West Northamptonshire Council less than a minute later. ref: 7863918.

Grass and overhanging bushes are making this junction very hazardous when leaving the village, there is no visibility to see the traffic coming either way and cars are having to drive halfway across the road before they can see what’s coming, which is then too late. Traffic along this road is very fast and subsequently cannot see vehicles that are pulling out.

  • Investigation: Completed (Defect Found) - Thank you for your enquiry. A qualified Highways Inspector has assessed the location and we can confirm that in accordance with the WNC Highways Inspection Manual, the vegetation will be cut back by the end of the week commencing 21/07/25.
