You have said no action necessary! Yet the road sign is dirty and easily missed. Im not sure how you have arrived at this conclusion, maybe dirty signs are not that important to you

A qualified Highways Inspector has assessed the location, and we can confirm that in accordance with the WNC Highways Inspection Manual, this defect does not meet the investigatory levels for a repair.
