Water flowing onto the road. Cannot be rain water as it has not rained. Road surface breaking up causing potholes etc. constant issue at this location.

A qualified Highways Inspector has assessed the location, and we can confirm that in accordance with the WNC Highways Inspection Manual, this defect does not meet the investigatory levels for a repair.
