The vehicle in the photos is the one that hit it. Note the tyre trail to the bollard. Two members of Northampton Town Council witnessed it as it happened directly outside their window

  • Investigation: Completed (Defect Found) - Thank you for your enquiry. We can confirm that we have been made aware of this issue, we have made the area safe and a works order has been raised on a routine safety inspection. The expected completion date for these works will be 11/08/2025.
