Sent to West Northamptonshire Council less than a minute later. ref: 7873731.

This is a newly refurbished area, which is already looking very unclean, because of food and drinks being dropped and spilled on the pavement, especially around the seating areas. This area needs to be cleaned and kept clean with a wet road/path cleaner, to prevent it from becoming an environmental hazard.
