Block junction vision, risk to pedestrians and vehicles

1. Reduced view on already high risk junction. The structure particularly the raised board insuring view of road and oncoming traffic making a difficult junction more danger. 2. Temporary soil filled structure unsafe/poorly constructed , looks like it is collapsing putting vehicles and pedestrians.
The structure has been there for many days.
