The oak tree is overhanging a public footpath with branches now lower than head level, has dead branches within it causing a safety risk if falling on public & hazard for people on mobility scooters when fallen on footpath. The street lamp is now blocked out & branches overhang Sandringham Road highway.

Investigation: Completed (Reported to a third party), Defect Repair: Not Started - Thank you for your enquiry. A qualified Highways Inspector has assessed the location and we can confirm that in accordance with the WNC Highways Inspection Manual, the defect meets the requirement for a Priority 3 repair. We will schedule a repair to be completed within 28 days. Our current average response time for a Priority 3 repair is 14 days.
