Double yellow lines faded / covered over

The double yellow lines at the junction of Middle Street/The Green and Weedon Road have faded/worn away or been tarmaced over when road repairs have taken place. Individuals are now parking where the lines have faded or been covered over causing potential accident hotspots along a congested stretch of the green.

Investigation: Completed (Defect Found), Defect Repair: Not Started - Thank you for your enquiry. A qualified Highways Inspector has assessed the location and we can confirm that in accordance with the WNC Highways Inspection Manual, the lining meets the requirement for a Priority 4 repair. We will schedule lining works to be completed within 26 weeks. Our current average response time for a Priority 4 repair is 52 days.
