• Investigation: Completed (Defect Found), Defect Repair: Not Started - Thank you for your enquiry. A qualified Highways Inspector has assessed the location and we can confirm that in accordance with the WNC Highways Inspection Manual, the defect meets the requirement for a Priority 3 repair. We will schedule a repair to be completed within 28 days. Our current average response time for a Priority 3 repair is 14 days.

After further land ownership investigation, unfortunately the location reported is not adopted by West Northamptonshire Highways. We would not maintain this area. We apologise that we could not be of any further assistance, we would suggest to contact the developer for further assistance.
