Harlestone Road, west side, just south of Forfar Street. This drain in the parking bay is blocked up.

Investigation: Completed (Defect Found), Defect Repair: Not Started - Thank you for your enquiry. A qualified Highways Inspector has assessed the location and we can confirm that in accordance with the WNC Highways Inspection Manual, the defect meets the requirement for a Priority 4 repair. We will schedule a repair to be completed within 26 weeks. Our current average response time for a Priority 4 repair is 52 days.

Investigation: Ongoing (Defect Found), Defect Repair: Ongoing - Thank you for your enquiry. Unfortunately, we were unable to complete all of the scheduled gully cleansing due to parked vehicles obstructing access to some of the gullies.
We will arrange a return visit to ensure the remaining gullies are cleaned at a later date.Thank you for your understanding.
