Uneven and damaged footway between White Horse Public House and Memorial Hall on south side of road

Reported via desktop in the Slabs - Uneven / Damaged / Cracked category anonymously at 13:35, Wed 30 July 2025

Sent to West Northamptonshire Council less than a minute later. ref: 7954695.

The footpath is uneven and broken all the way along the road between the White Horse Public House and the Memorial Hall adjacent to the Old Lace Cottage side of the road(south side). My father has now had 2 bad falls due to the surface making him trip and fall. He has broken his glasses and cracked his teeth as he fell against the stone wall. If he had fallen into the road it could have been fatal. I want to purchase a walking frame with wheels but the surface is so bad he would have to walk in the road, which is not acceptable. I have raised this with the parish council on serval occasions but nothing has been done to resurface. They said BT are continuing their works and eventually they have tarmacked the entire length of the problem. That was 2 years ago and the problem continues.
