Bushes are extremely overgrown and are destroying my property

The bushes & trees alongside my property and Rowtree Road are seriously overgrown and have grown over to my property and are threatening destroying my garage and sheds. The same bushes alongside the front of my property also represent a threat to health & safety they are so overgrown and high. My neighbours inform me that they also have reported some time ago.
