My brotherinlaw lives next to this path which is very dangerous

It's been like this for a very long time and my brother in law gives next to this path and he's blind so struggles to navigate it .this path is an accident waiting to happen please fix

Fixmystreet Ref: 7961922 - Call from Lesley Middleton: She received a message from FMS asking for more info.
The uneven path is outside no. 59-61 Rushmere Road, NN1 5RZ - near the fence between these 2 properties. There is a tree close by which the customer said the roots may have cause the unevenness on the path. Her brother in law (Gerald Middleton) is blind and this is dangerous trip hazard for him. Please can you look into this asap. She has attached photos to this report already.

Investigation: Completed (Defect Found), Defect Repair: Not Started - Thank you for your enquiry. A qualified Highways Inspector has assessed the location and we can confirm that in accordance with the WNC Highways Inspection Manual, the defect meets the requirement for a Priority 3 repair. We will schedule a repair to be completed within 28 days. Our current average response time for a Priority 3 repair is 12 days.
