Potholes and dangerous surface

Sent to West Northamptonshire Council less than a minute later. ref: 7976087.

The area at the top of Ace Lane and down Ace Lane has deteriorated to a dangerous condition for residents and pedestrians. This area has been reported many times and still the surface has not been repaired.

  • Investigation: Completed (Defect Found), Defect Repair: Not Started - Thank you for your enquiry. A qualified Highways Inspector has assessed the location and we can confirm that in accordance with the WNC Highways Inspection Manual, the defect meets the requirement for a Priority 3 repair. We will schedule a repair to be completed within 28 days. To repair immediate defect, we will raise a ticket for the remanding to be resurface within 26 weeks. Our current average response time for a Priority 3 repair is 12 days.
