Alleyway between no. 51 and 53 Duston Road - flytipping

Council alleyway leading from Duston Road to Saddleback Road and then onto Gambrel Road. Residents used to keep it clear but now drug dealers/alcoholics are occupying this alleyway and causing a nuisance to passersby; flytipping; lots of rubbish - making it unsafe to take dog through because of drug paraphernalia and broken glass on floor. Please can something be done to clear this and make it safe.
