Blocked drain

Sent to West Northamptonshire Council less than a minute later. ref: 7982622.

Caller has reported this many times but has no references to recall this issue. Currently the drain outside of 13 Mansfield Road there is currently blocked up mud which has been there for 3 years and still this has not been resolved to have this drain fixed. Caller would like this investigated as there has been no conclusion on as of yet.
