Bushes have got out of control and take up most of the path and brambles can catch your face/ eyes, cars park on the path here so have to use the road now as cannot pass cars due to stupidly parking and overgrown bushes

  • Investigation: Ongoing (Reported to a third party) - Thank you for your enquiry. A qualified Highways Inspector has assessed the location and we can confirm that the vegetation is the responsibility of the landowner. In accordance with the WNC Network Management Plan, we will contact the landowner and request they cut back their vegetation within 14 days of receipt of our correspondence. We will reinspect the vegetation to ensure they have complied.
