Sent to West Northamptonshire Council less than a minute later. ref: 7991684.
Caller advised nearby the Mereway allotments layby on the A5076, when heavy rain occurs the layby floods heavily causing weeds to cause blockages within the drain. Caller would like this to be looked into in order to avoid further damage to the drain.

Investigation: Completed (Defect Found), Defect Repair: Not Started - Thank you for your enquiry. A qualified Highways Inspector has assessed the location and we can confirm that in accordance with the WNC Highways Inspection Manual, the flooding has been assessed and requires a Priority 4 response. We will schedule drainage investigation work to be completed within 26 weeks. When the investigation has been completed, we will inform you of our findings and course of action. Our current average response time for a Priority 4 is 59 days.
